Please join us for our annual workshop and luncheon, where we engage in professional development and networking with women across the university’s campuses. This year we are excited to welcome Michelle Braden, who will lead us in recognizing and articulating our professional value. Participation is free, but registration is required:
OWNING YOURSELF: THE POWER OF KNOWING YOUR VALUE
This workshop will focus on equipping women to identify and name our own areas of expertise, skill, and capacity so that we can more effectively advance our careers. We will discuss ways of combating “imposter phenomenon” and strategies for defining our professional value as we support each other in becoming our own best advocates.
