The Wills Project holds community clinic events to inform and assist low-income individuals in creating their own wills. Under the supervision of licensed attorneys, law students provide presentations on the basics of creating a will and then record the client's answers to a pre-made will intake form. These forms are then used to create wills for clients that signed at a second signing event. The Wills project seeks to help to make sure that regardless of their financial status, individuals can express their wishes.
