What's New in Sakai 2.9 (30 mins)
The Sakai Team invites you to stop by for this 30 minute introduction to changes, updates, and new features in Sakai 2.9. If you are a seasoned Sakai instructor, or an instructor using Sakai for the first time, this walk-through of the system will assist you in getting started with the basics of Sakai 2.9. (See also - Live Online Session)
Sakai Lessons Training (60 mins)
Sakai Lessons allows you to create structured units of learning containing multiple pages and subpages for arrangement and delivery of content organized by lesson. Each individual lesson you create may be assigned a starting date, hiding the lesson until it has been assigned to students. The Lesson builder interface includes a variety of tools including links to assignments, forums, tests/quizzes, and multimedia.
You may choose to participate in one or both segments as your schedule allows. Please register prior to the event to assist us in obtaining an accurate head count.
