In this interactive lecture, visually impaired choreographer and dance researcher Rachel DeForrest Repinz introduces a multisensory framework for choreography and research that challenges vision as the primary mode of knowing. At the intersection of Disability Justice, sensory ethnography, and access-centered practices, she will demonstrate how tools like audio description and sensory worldbuilding can expand research, teaching, and interdisciplinary knowledge-making across fields.
