NOTE: THIS IS A PAST EVENT

Join the Wake Forest University Birding and Conservation Club for our Weekly Birding Meeting, a gathering that brings together bird enthusiasts, conservationists, and nature lovers. Every week, we explore our beautiful campus and surrounding areas, engage in meaningful conservation efforts, and foster a diverse community of enthusiasts!

What to Expect:

  • Birdwatching Adventures: Whether you're a seasoned birder, new to the hobby, or just like going for walks, there's always something exciting to spot through the lens of your binoculars.

  • Educational Insights: Learn fascinating facts about birds, their habitats, and the importance of biodiversity. Our meetings will feature discussions, guest speakers, and workshops that deepen our understanding of nature!

  • Conservation Efforts: Get involved in hands-on conservation projects that make a real difference. From habitat cleanups to assisting native species, our actions contribute to a healthier, more sustainable environment for birds and wildlife.

Whether you're looking to indulge your curiosity about birds, make a positive impact on the environment, or simply enjoy the outdoors with good company, we meet every Sunday at 3:30 PM at the entrance to Reynolda Path. We provide binoculars, so just bring your enthusiasm!
