Creation Care Clergy Retreat: Inspiring Your Congregation to Care For God's Creation

Designed with clergy in mind, this day-long retreat allows you to spend the day with a Biblical scholar, a climate scientist, a forest biologist, and local colleagues and pastoral innovators. Whether you're new to creation care or a long-time advocate, you'll gain new language and tools to inspire your congregation to care for the environment, interwoven with space for rest, relationship, prayer – and of course, plenty of good food.

This is a day-long event with snacks and lunch included. Come early and stay late!  Optional nights for discounted Sabbath-rate lodging at $60 per night on Wednesday and Thursday are available.

Featuring Dr. William P. Brown, Old Testament Professor at Columbia Theological Seminary, climate scientist Deke Arndt, and Public Lands Field Biologist,  Josh Kelly

Cost is $55 on or before January 2, and $70 after January 2.

Sponsored by Creation Care Alliance of Western North Carolina and the Food, Health and Ecological Well Being Program at Wake Forest University School of Divinity.
