This Spring, the Women’s Center will offer a 30 minute *virtual* self-care activity every Wednesday morning at 10am (EST).

This week, join us for Gentle Yoga with Asia Parker. Gentle yoga is a slow and thoughtful practice that invites you to connect with your breath and to stretch through the entire body. In this flow we will explore movement to create length in the spine and create awareness surrounding our bodies, our emotions and our presence. This flow will encourage you to find comfort, ease and openness in your mind and body. This class is open to all levels, gender and ages.
