Logan Beirne is a Clinical Lecturer in Law, Research Scholar in Law, and a Fellow at the Information Society Project at Yale Law School. Mr. Beirne joins the Wake Forest School of Law Federalist Society to discuss an originalist approach to what the Founders believed the President's Commander in Chief Powers to be.
