Virtual - Enterprise Leadership: The 6 Key Functions of Strategic Leaders
Monday, April 8, 2024 12pm to 1pm
About this Event
This session, led by Dr. Sean Hannah, Professor of Management and Tylee Wilson Chair of Business Ethics, will focus on the roles and responsibilities of senior leaders in leading the organization at scale, cross-functionally, and with a holistic firm-wide perspective that brings the firm in line with its external competitive environment. Enterprise leadership involves synchronizing and aligning the organization’s vision, strategy and mission with the organization’s policies, processes, procedures, systems, and structure and its culture – the critical ‘human element’ to achieve both short and long-term success.
Open to School of Business alumni. Sponsored by the Allegacy Center for Leadership & Character.
