Resilience is our ability to face inevitable challenges and changes with grace. Resilience consists of a range of skills that improve as you practice. In this webinar, you’ll learn language to identify what you uniquely need to mitigate stress and ways to name those needs, while still collaborating with and supporting those that you are in community with. You’ll walk away with practical skills and perspectives to reduce stress in the moment and build resilience over time to support you in experiencing balance, calm, and joy more often inside and outside of work.
