On Tuesday, September 2, 2014, the Humanities Institute will sponsor "Using Narbs for Predicting Behavior," a lecture given by Ananda Mitra, Professor of Communication. The lecture will be held in Reynolda Hall, Room 301. This event is free and open to the public.

Dr. Mitra will discuss his work on "narrative bits" or "narbs," a term he coined to describe "an item of personal information posted online, particularly as it contributes, often unwittingly, to a personal narrative that individual is creating online."
