In preparation for the negotiation round of the Transactional Law Competition, the TLC, in collaboration with the Business Law Society, is hosting a 'Negotiation Lunch and Learn.' The Lunch and Learn, conducted by a practicing attorney, will give competitors best practices for conducting negotiations both in the competition and in general transactional situations.
