The Arts of Leadership with Dr. Ronald A. Crutcher

"The Arts of Leadership with Dr. Ronald A. Crutcher" features a recital and public conversation with the national leader in higher education, a distinguished classical musician, and accomplished administrator who recently served as the 10th President of the University of Richmond. The public conversation will engage his recently published memoir, I Had No Idea You Were Black: Navigating Race on the Road to Leadership.

A former member of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and several other symphonies, Dr. Crutcher currently performs in the U.S. and Europe as a member of The Klemperer Trio with Erika Klemperer (violin) and Gordon Back (piano). He serves on the board of the Richmond Symphony and has served on the boards of the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Berklee College of Music.

This event is sponsored by the Program in African American Studies, Wake the Arts, Program for Leadership and Character, Department of Music, and Wake Forest University School of Divinity.
