As part of our Supervisor Seminar Series, the Supervisor Training will review best practices and critical behavior for supervisors. Content will be based on organizational policy, legal guidelines, and government regulations. At the end of the session, attendees will be able to:

* Demonstrate a knowledge of expected behaviors during various phases of the employee life cycle,
* Recognize actions that could put the University at risk, and
* Outline your critical role in ensuring Wake Forest provides a work environment that maximizes the potential of our current and future talent.

Participants should also consider registering for the Introduction to Inclusive Search and Selection Toolkit for Faculty and Staff which is offered immediately following this Supervisor Training course.
