DESCRIPTION:We invite all staff members to attend the annual Staff Apprecia
 tion Picnic on Friday\, May 9\, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. hosted by the Staff Ad
 visory Council. This year's event will be held at McCreary Tower of Allega
 cy Federal Credit Union Stadium\, on the 4th Floor.  We will have great fo
 od\, games\, music\, and lots of giveaways!  \n\nShuttles will be operatin
 g from 10:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.: shuttles will pick staff up on the Reynold
 a Campus at Parking Lot P (not the shuttle hub) and at Wake Downtown in fr
 ont of Innovation Quarter. \n\nWe strongly encourage all staff to take the
  free shuttles to the Staff Appreciation Picnic vs. driving there yourself
 . Winston-Salem State University's graduation ceremony will be taking plac
 e at the LJVM Coliseum\, which will impact parking. Traffic is likely to b
 e heavy from 11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m. \nIf you choose to drive to the Staff A
 ppreciation Picnic\, you will be directed to park in the Gold parking lot\
 ; staff with an ADA parking pass will still be able to park in the McCrear
 y Tower Lot. See this updated parking map.\n\nAs part of the Staff Appreci
 ation Picnic\, the Staff Advisory Council is sponsoring two Pro Humanitate
  projects that will impact some very worthy needs in our community: \n\nSu
 pporting our neighbors affected by Hurricane Helene: We're teaming up with
  the incredible Lutheran Disaster Response of the Carolinas to collect cru
 cial First Aid Kit supplies. These first aid kits will go directly to thos
 e in the Carolina mountains who are still recovering from the devastation 
 of Hurricane Helene. Let's show them our support!Bringing comfort to local
  kids in need of beds: We're also continuing our wonderful partnership wit
 h A Bed and A Book! We'll be collecting children's books and cozy twin-siz
 ed bed sheets to help create a more comfortable and inspiring space for lo
