A Native American of the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina, Author, Educator, Historian and Speaker, Jamie Oxendine is the Executive Director Tribal Administrator for the Haliwa-Saponi Indian Tribe. He will speak about his research into the symbolism and use of specific designs by Southeastern tribes. Admission is free.
