H.I.I.T (High-Intensity Interval Training) HARD is a class that is focused on improving physical fitness, strength, and stamina. Promising a variety of exercises that challenges all muscle groups, you will not leave the same way you came. H.I.I.T. HARD also allows creativity to train in many different modalities such as Tabata style and other rest and work time periods. All fitness levels are welcomed!
