In collaboration with various offices and student groups, the Office of Wellbeing would like to present the Week of Sleep, a series of daily workshops February 8-12th at 4pm in Benson to raise awareness of the importance of sleep related to our physical and emotional wellbeing leading up to the Sleep Challenge! Faculty, staff, and students who come get a free sleep gear prize (while supplies last, first come first serve).
-Join the Learning Assistance Center on Monday February 8th from 4-5pm in Benson 401C to learn about sleep and its effects on your cognition, focus, and concentration!
-Join Wake Forest Neurology February 9th from 4-5pm in Benson 409 to learn about sleep disorders!
-Join Student Health Services February 10th from 4-5pm in Benson 215 Pugh Auditorium to learn about the effects of sleep deprivation!
-Join the Office of Wellbeing February 11th from 4-5pm in Benson 409 to learn about the importance of sleep hygiene!
-Join University Counseling Center February 12th from 4-5pm in Benson 409 to learn about sleep as it relates to stress, anxiety, and irritability!
