What is Elder Care Choices?
Elder Care Choices (ECC) is a benefit program provided by your employer to assist you in managing your eldercare responsibilities. Many employees think they have to “elect” this benefit in order to access it, but you don’t. Your employer provides this benefit at no cost to you. You may contact ECC about any older adult you are assisting by calling 336-748- 2171 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Counselors are available Monday through Friday by phone or by appointment—either at your office or ours, which is located at 2895 Shorefair Drive, Winston-Salem, NC 27105. The ECC website, ecc.seniorservicesinc.org/, is accessible 24/7
