When you learn what foods are special to summer and how to add them to your meals, snacks, and special occasions, then you’ll have a better understanding of what seasonal eating is all about. Join registered dietitian and BCBSNC Nutrition Services Provider, Cindy Silver, to enjoy summer nutrition to the fullest.
