• Understand the impact of unconscious biases on individuals and groups, gaining awareness of how these biases contribute to inequities, and hinder inclusive environments

• Develop strategies to mitigate unconscious biases and promote conscious inclusion through: equitable practices in decision-making, communication, and interpersonal relationships
