Feeling lonely?
The ResilientWake Weekend Challenge will take place on select weekends from September 11 through December 3! Join us as we discuss ways to help yourself become more resilient and develop healthy habits in the era of COVID-19 and online learning. Each challenge is designed to teach you skills to become more resilient through the weekend and beyond. Participants will receive a bingo card full of resilience activities and will earn a prize once they hit bingo. We’ll also post the challenges and follow up tools on our website, so if you miss a weekend in real time, you can still participate in your own time.
Session 3- Friday, October 1st
Sleep may be more important than you think! Getting sufficient sleep not only leads to better physical health, but also mental health. Drop in to learn how you can incorporate more sleep into your routine.
