The ResilientWake Weekend Challenge will take place on select weekends from September 11 through December 3! Join us as we discuss ways to help yourself become more resilient and develop healthy habits in the era of COVID-19 and online learning. Each challenge is designed to teach you skills to become more resilient through the weekend and beyond. Participants will receive a bingo card full of resilience activities and will earn a prize once they hit bingo. We’ll also post the challenges and follow up tools on our website, so if you miss a weekend in real time, you can still participate in your own time.

Gratitude
Believe it or not, gratitude exercises can have lasting effects on your brain and also improve mental health. Learn how to practice gratitude and incorporate it in your day-to-day routine.
