Dr. Harris’ interest in this topic comes about from (1) one of his three doctoral fields in Financial Economics, Game-Theoretic I.O./Mechanism Design, and Political Economy at UVA, (2) his teaching in Law and Economics over several decades, and (3) a recently completed book manuscript in mechanism design
