DESCRIPTION:Wake Forest University is hosting a mobile 3D mammography clini
 c\, operated by Invision Diagnostics\, on campus for faculty and staff. The
 re is no cost for eligible faculty and staff on the University's medical pl
 an through Aetna. All images are read by a Breast Fellowship Board Certifie
 d Radiologist and then sent to the patient's primary care provider. The pat
 ient must have an already established primary care provider to be eligible.
  \n\nYou are eligible if you are at least 35-39 years old and have not had 
 a mammogram\, or you are 40 years or older and have not had a mammogram in 
 the past year. Those who are not enrolled in the University's medical plan 
 are welcome to register and are encouraged to review their insurance covera
 ge details. \n\nPlease note that some insurances will not cover typical scr
 eenings for those under 40-years-old. If you do not meet the requirements b
 ut have a family history of breast cancer\, contact Invision Diagnostics di
 rectly at 877.318.1349 to see if you are eligible. \n\nTo schedule your app
