Inclusive Recruitment was developed to provide individuals who are engaged in faculty and staff recruitment with an opportunity to intentionally incorporate diversity and inclusion plans into their search processes in order to effectively identify potential candidates, conduct a thorough evaluation and formal interview process, and make fair and equitable offers.
Participants will learn about promising practices and considerations for recruitment and receive resources to support their ongoing recruitment efforts.
