For Omega Psi Phi, Manhood is one of our Four Cardinal Principles. It is not just about strength or image, but about discipline, accountability, and the courage to act with integrity when challenges arise. Here, in the FSE department, manhood also means striving for excellence in our studies, supporting our peers, and applying what we learn in ways that uplift our communities.

Our appeal today is to live Manhood intentionally:

• Responsibility: To be accountable for our work, our choices, and the example we set.

• Resilience: To push through the obstacles that come with rigorous academic and professional growth.

• Service: To use our skills and knowledge for something larger than ourselves.

As we move forward, let Manhood Monday be more than a slogan. Let it be a reminder that the qualities we sharpen here — integrity, leadership, and perseverance — will carry beyond these halls into the lives we impact.
