In order to be a good leader you need to develop a plan for your team. Leading without a plan is creates frustration, but leading with a plan creates excitement and results in success. Strategic planning is also a key part of success for individuals in their personal and professional lives.

In this session, Dr. Rigney and Dean Nicholson will use lessons from Alex Honnold’s ascent of El Capitan–as captured in the film Free Solo–to teach you about how to create a dynamic strategic plan including an opportunity to practice strategic planning with a team. Lunch is provided from Viva Chicken for all attendees.
