Koru Mindfulness® is an evidence-based curriculum specifically designed for teaching mindfulness, meditation, and stress management to college students and other young adults. Koru Mindfulness is a four-session course that will teach you the skill of mindfulness and help you build the habit into your everyday life.
This course is FREE to all Wake Forest University students, faculty, and staff. Double check that you can attend all 4 sessions before registering. For new students, the initial Koru app download is a one time charge of $3.99.
Students who have taken this course have said it helped them fall asleep quicker, improved focus on their studies, and allowed them to feel more in control of their stress.
