Koru Mindfulness is a four- session course that will teach you the skill of mindfulness with an evidence-based curriculum. It will also help you build the habit of using it in your life on a regular basis. The series is most effective when experienced in full, therefore attendance at all four sessions is required. Check your calendar and sign up. A wait list will also be kept. 

The meditation room is located on the lower level of Reynolda Hall (on the side closest to Benson).
