Indigenous Peoples Day: Rooting & Remembering

THIS IS A PAST EVENT.

Indigenous Peoples Day: Rooting & Remembering

Celebrating Indigenous Peoples Day is an opportunity to root ourselves in a deeper, more reflective history of the Americas. The day is a reclamation of Columbus Day, which provides an opportunity to bring awareness to the resilience of Native people against the forces of colonialism.

Join us in celebrating Indigenous Peoples Day through a planting session in the Three Sisters Garden, a shared meal catered by Native Root and a talking circle led by Mahlea Hunt ('23).

Space for this event is limited so registration is required. Register here.
