Inclusive Excellence for Leaders: Realizing Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity

This engaging one hour workshop prepares student organization leaders to lead diversity, inclusion, and equity efforts using the R.I.D.E. framework as a tool for understanding, shaping, and implementing their organization’s commitments to a more inclusive Wake Forest University. The R.I.D.E. framework is WFU’s guidepost for inclusive excellence. Student organization leaders, and/or those responsible for leading diversity, inclusion, and equity efforts within their organization, should attend and will leave with strong foundational knowledge and a guide to action for implementing R.I.D.E. within their organizations.
