DESCRIPTION:The Hylton Lecture Series in Accountancy was established in 198
 0 to honor Delmar P. Hylton\, who started Wake Forest’s accountancy program
  in 1949 and helped build it into one of the top accounting programs in the
  nation. \n\nThis year's Hylton lecture will be presented by Kimberly McCas
 lin ('93)\, Partner and Head of the North America Portfolio Group at Bain C
 apital.\n\nKim McCaslin joined Bain Capital in 2006. She is a Partner and H
 ead of the North American Private Equity Portfolio Group. Prior to joining 
 Bain Capital\, Kim was a Vice President of M&A and Corporate Development fo
 r Capital One Financial. Before that\, she was a Principal at Mercer Manage
 ment Consulting\, where she advised companies across a variety of industrie
 s. Kim started her career at Accenture\, focusing primarily on business pro
 cess redesign and financial systems development.
