The Hylton Lecture Series in Accountancy was established in 1980 to honor Delmar P. Hylton, who started Wake Forest’s accountancy program in 1949 and helped build it into one of the top accounting programs in the nation. 

This year's Hylton lecture will be presented by Kimberly McCaslin ('93), Partner and Head of the North America Portfolio Group at Bain Capital.

Kim McCaslin joined Bain Capital in 2006. She is a Partner and Head of the North American Private Equity Portfolio Group. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Kim was a Vice President of M&A and Corporate Development for Capital One Financial. Before that, she was a Principal at Mercer Management Consulting, where she advised companies across a variety of industries. Kim started her career at Accenture, focusing primarily on business process redesign and financial systems development.
