This workshop will take place in person in Reynolda 301 on March 18th from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM Eastern Time.

This session will cover best practices on performance management, specifically performing end-year reviews for staff. Points of discussion will include: the importance, purpose, and benefits of conducting end-year reviews; timelines; understanding of performance ratings; end-year performance conversations; available resources; and how to better yourself in giving and receiving feedback, not just in end-year performance reviews, but all year long consistently. We will also have time for general Q&A around performance management and end-year reviews.
