We are skipping the "one-size-fits-all" advice to help you architect a workflow that fits the unique pace of your campus role.

In this session, you will:

• Filter the Noise: Identify the high-value tasks that truly impact your work.

• Architect Your Workflow: Design a custom mix of time-blocking and triage techniques that work for your specific schedule.

• Shield Your Focus: Identify methods to maintain practical boundaries to protect your deep-work hours.

This workshop will provide an opportunity for you to build your "Monday Morning" game plan you can deploy the second you get back to your desk, based on research-backed tools and techniques for time management.
