This workshop will take place in person in Reynolda 301 on July 22nd from 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM Eastern Time.

The focus of this workshop is on enhancing your role as a leader to strategically support your direct reports in achieving their goals. We will move quickly past the basics of SMART goals to dive deep into practical, actionable strategies you can use immediately. You will learn specific techniques to coach employees, overcome obstacles, and maximize the probability of them successfully reaching both their professional development and personal career milestones.
