This workshop is applicable to those who are people leaders (i.e., formally lead people in a team, unit, department, etc.). This workshop goes beyond the basics of giving and receiving feedback, and goes into how to build a feedback culture within your team through concepts such as coaching, trust and psychological safety, after action reviews, and stay conversations.
