This in person workshop is for people managers/supervisors only (i.e., formally lead people in a team, unit, department, etc.). It will take place in Reynolda 301 on October 28, 2026 from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM Eastern Time. You are welcome to bring your lunch to eat during the session.

This workshop is applicable to those who are people leaders (i.e., formally lead people in a team, unit, department, etc.). This workshop goes beyond the basics of giving and receiving feedback, and goes into how to build a feedback culture within your team through concepts such as coaching, trust and psychological safety, after action reviews, and stay conversations.
