The Department  for the Study of Religions presents The Yeazel Speaker Series lecture by Dr. Neelam Khoja, Senior DEI Specialist at BCG X in New York. A seasoned expert with over a decade of DEI experience in driving impactful diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within corporate and community settings, she has successfully scaled mentorship programs, embedded DEI processes, and led global career advancement initiatives. Her work extends to community engagement, including her leadership role at Global Encounters and as a speaker and author for the Aga Khan Council in the United States. She holds a PhD in Histories and Cultures of Muslim Societies from Harvard University.
