Fitness equipment orientations offer an opportunity to the Wake Forest community to learn how to safely and effectively operate and load cardio and strength training equipment. As well as receive other applicable information to optimize success and time spent in and out of the gym. These sessions are led by one of our certified personal trainers. This service is great for anyone unfamiliar with the gym or needs a refresher on fitness equipment. Choose to attend weight equipment orientation (specific purpose to learn weight loaded equipment), cardio equipment orientation (specific purpose to learn cardio equipment such as treadmill, elliptical, Skillmill, etc.) or both. All are welcomed. Athletic attire recommended but not required.
Multiple dates/times are as follows:
February 18, 6:30-7:30 am: includes both cardio and weight equipment
March 4, 5:15-6:16 pm: includes both cardio and weight equipment
March 19, 10:00-11:00 am: cardio equipment orientation only
April 6, 5:15-6:15 pm: weight equipment orientation only
April 14, 2:00-3:00 pm: includes both cardio and weight equipment
