Students will learn about their constitutional rights and how to stay safe during police interactions. Wake Forest Law’s Pro Bono Project will give a presentation on where your rights come from, the phases of police interactions, warrant requirements, the right to remain silent, and Miranda Rights. Campus Police will also be present to assist in the presentation and conduct helpful demonstrations. Krispy Kreme doughnuts will also be provided.
