 ment\, foster connection\, and ultimately\, enhance enthusiasm\, commitmen
 t\, and performance.\n\nBy the conclusion of this course\, participants wi
 ll be able to:\n\n* Connect the mission and values of Wake Forest with eng
 agement best practices\,\n* Identify key engagement drivers and the leader
 ship behaviors that support them\,\n* Recognize the factors that foster me
 aning and belonging among employees\, and\n* Develop a plan for engagement
