https://thelink.wfu.edu/event/12014047College life is stressful, and for Gen Z, stress has been compounded by global crises, political unrest, and economic uncertainty. This dialogue creates a safe space to reflect on coping strategies, personal and community care, and shared responsibility.
We’ll explore questions like:
-
What coping strategies help us—and which ones don’t?
-
How can we build support systems across campus and community?
-
What responsibilities do we have to each other in stressful times?
This session draws from research on Gen Z’s unique challenges and diversity, giving participants the tools to understand not just themselves but the broader community.
