DESCRIPTION:Abstract:\n\nAlthough quantum mechanics is almost 100 years old
 \, it is an alive area full of challenging open problems.\n\nThe recent de
 velopments in quantum technology and understanding of the quantum nature o
 f information have sparked the possibility of information technology that 
 could outperform the classical one in presence of quantum resources\, such
  as entanglement.\n\nMoreover\, entanglement allows us to surpass classica
 l physics and technologies enabling better information processing\, comput
 ation\, and improved metrology.\n\n \n\nIn this talk\, I will address our 
 knowledge of the bipartite and many-body entanglement as well as all the c
 hallenges we have to study the many-body entangled systems. I will also di
 scuss the connection between many-body entangled states with two fundament
 al areas of science\, classical error correction and quantum error correct
 ion. Our discussion will later take us to clarify better the differences b
