Charlotte Pyle is a senior leader in the global entertainment industry with over 20 years of experience spanning music, film, and nonprofit sectors. She currently serves as Principal Audio Producer at Blizzard Entertainment, where she leads global music intitiatives and built the production pipeline for the company's centralized music department. In this role, she oversees worldwide music publishing, licensing, and recording projects, collaborating with composers, orchestras, and choirs across the globe.
Her career includes leadership roles at Skywalker Sound (Lucasfilm), Sony Pictures Imageworks, and Double Negative (DNEG), where she managed large-scale productions for films such as Star Trek: Beyond, The Meg, and Hostiles. She is also deeply committed to advancing equity and inclusion, having founded Blizzard's Audio Diversity Initiative and mentored cross-disciplinary talent throughout her career. As an ambassador for Women in Games, Charlotte works to expand representation, create mentorship opportunities, and champion diverse voices in the gaming and entertainment industries.
Beyond the entertainment industry, Charlotte is equally passionate about community engagement. She serves as President of the Board of Directors for First Years Children's Center and as Club Secretary for the Rotary Club of Bainbridge Island, where she contributes to local service, fundraising, and youth development initiatives. Her leadership reflects a strong belief that global influence should be balanced with meaningful local involvement, strengthening both the arts and the communities they serve.
Charlotte holds an MBA in International Business from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music, where she graduated cum laude with a double major in Business/Management and Production/Engineering. With her unique blend of artistic vision, business acumen, and community spirit, she is dedicated to shaping the future of music leadership by fostering innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability in the arts.
Michael Brammer grew up in the live entertainment business and continues his father, Jim Brammer's legacy with his position as Chief Strategy Officer of Concert Stuff Group. Michael's extensive background in the music industry includes productoin coordination and management for events. During the COVID-19 shutdown of 2020, Michael shifted gears from field production and worked around the clock with his father to assure they retained all 9 of their companies in 2020.
