Bi-Weekly Mindfulness and Meditation Group

Dr. Joan Wilkins will be hosting a series of Mindfulness and Meditation Group Sessions this semester. 

During the group session you will be able to talk about the issues you are currently facing and learn skills that you can implement in your day-to-day life to help you manage stress. These sessions are not the same as psychotherapy or counseling and are not reportable on the Bar. Instead, these sessions will focus on training you to manage the various stressors present in your life and will educate you on the various forms of meditation.

Prior experience with mindfulness or meditation is not required. You do not have to attend previous sessions or RSVP for a spot. Please feel free to drop in and come as you are. These sessions are private and the information you share with the group will not leave the room. These groups are only open to students.
