Annual Benefits Enrollment for benefits-eligible faculty and staff will be held Oct. 7-18, 2024. You will need to enroll via Workday if you are changing benefit elections, adding or removing dependents, and/or planning to participate in a Flexible Spending Account. FSA elections do not automatically renew from one year to the next, and require active enrollment from you each plan year. 

The Human Resources team is available to answer questions about the enrollment process. Drop-in during one of the following on-campus enrollment assistance sessions throughout the annual benefits enrollment period: 

• Tuesday Oct. 8 from Noon - 4pm in Sutton Center, 4th Floor
• Thursday Oct. 10 from 10:30am - 12:30pm in UCC 2003
• Thursday Oct. 10 from 1:30 - 3:30pm in Graylyn Management House
• Monday Oct. 14 from Noon - 2pm in Reynolda Hall 301
• Tuesday Oct. 15 from 10am - Noon in Benson Center 406
• Wednesday Oct. 16 from 10am - Noon in Benson Center 344
• Thursday Oct. 17 from Noon - 3pm in HS Moore 120
