Arnold Palmer Day

THIS IS A PAST EVENT.

Arnold Palmer Day

Arnold Palmer Day is an annual event to celebrate the legacy of alum Arnold Palmer.

This year, the Traditions Council will continue the tradition in a covid-safe manner on April 8 from 11:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. There will be multiple stations around Manchester Plaza where students can pick up an Arizona Arnold Palmer Tallboy. Students will be encouraged not to open their drinks while at the event, and masks will be required. We will not be encouraging prolonged gatherings at this event, however we hope students will safely socialize at other school sanctioned locations, including at the tables and firepits set up on the lower quad.

Instead of physically selling and handing out shirts on the day of, as in years past, this year QR codes will be available for students, faculty, staff, and friends to virtually purchase their AP Day shirts online, which will then be shipped to an address of their choice.
