Come join Reynolda Gardens and the Piedmont NC Bonsai Association for an evening talk by Arthur Joura, Curator of the Bonsai Program at the NC Arboretum in Asheville, NC. Starting from nothing, over 20 years Mr. Joura has built up one of the premiere bonsai exhibits and collections in the eastern United States. He also has inspired a generation of artists with his philosophy that "bonsai should reflect the artist's feeling of nature." Always entertaining and informative, Mr. Joura will bring a piece to demonstrate key principles, and provide audience members with help for their own trees.
